What's one good thing you did today as a parent? Complimenting yourself is as important as praising your kids for what they do well. (See the "Overcoming Guilt" article for my rationale.) I played Thomas the Tank Engine this afternoon and talked like Diesel 10 for 45 minutes. How about you?
