Are Stay-at-Home Moms Happy?

I'm happy with my decision to stay at home, but I do realize that I would be less so if I weren't also working from home. I think it's important for stay-at-home parents to continue to challenge themselves intellectually. For some that might be accomplished by reading or taking a class; for me that's accomplished by challenging myself with my career.
